I think that you should definitely talk to them about this!
Getting support during your recovery is huge, don’t be scared to talk to the people that do support you. If they’ve supported you through this much, they must be keepers. Reach out, because if you don’t reach out you could fall right back into your depression. No one wants that. You’re finally getting to a place where you are happy and not hurting yourself. Don’t let yourself get back into your depression. Reaching out is so easy and there are so many people that are there for you, that care for you.
Don’t ever be afraid to get help when you think you need it. No one wants you to be unhappy. You deserve all of the smiles in the world.

It’s alright, it’s confusing at these tender ages. Hormones are raging, we’re always feeling different things at different times.
Don’t worry, I know it’s hard to understand. I don’t even really understand it. It’s alright to be that way, we all have those days. It’s tough, I know. Just know that every teenage is going through the same thing, you’re definitely not alone. Every teenager knows how it is, every adult knows how it is!
You’re not stupid at all, and there is no need to harm yourself. Like I said, you’re not alone in this. If you’re stupid for feeling things, then so is every person on the planet. You’re just fine, you’re a person with feelings. There is no shame in that! Don’t hide your feelings, no one is judging you for that.
Do not kill yourself. You’re at the rough part of your life. But this too shall pass. You’re going to grow, and learn things. Become so much more wiser. You have so much more to do and to learn. You’re here for a reason. You aren’t here just to be a “waste of space”. There are going to be days where you feel like everyone is against you, even though they aren’t. There are also going to be days where you are immensely happy! Know that you’re future is bright, and that you’re going to change people’s lives. Including your own.

It is possible that cutting could make you feel that way. If you’re small and petite, when you cut and lose a substantial amount of blood, it takes your body longer to reproduce the lost blood. It all really depends on your height and weight.
It also depends on what you’re eating. Make sure to keep hydrated, drink lots of water. Besides, if you’re trying to lose weight, drinking a lot of water will help! It fills you up faster! Make sure to eat hydrating fruits, lots of vegetables. Meats, etc etc. Keeping up a balanced diet will definitely help! If you eat more meats with iron it may help as well.
My advice; stop cutting, eat healthy. There’s so many other healthier ways to get rid of your stress. To let your emotions out. Exercise! If you’re trying to be healthier that will help so much more. You could do yoga, boxing, there are so many other ways to let your emotions out. Don’t scar yourself. It’s not worth it.

Not everybody hates you, it may feel like it, but trust me, they don’t.
There was this one time that I was talking with my grandmother, I just mentioned about how I thought people didn’t like me. Or how I dressed, talked, etc. And she told me the greatest thing, she said to me,
“Rach, this isn’t meant to be offensive, but people really don’t think about you as much as you think they do.”
And it did sound offensive. But I knew she didn’t mean it that way. She meant it as, we as people over think. All the time. We think that people think about us, talk about us all of the time. Although in reality, they don’t. If we aren’t friends with a person or talk to a person on a regular basis, chances are, you’re the last person on their minds. Whether they think nicely about you or not.
It doesn’t matter what those people think. As long as you know that you don’t deserve to die, to be happy, then you’ll be perfectly fine. What those kids think doesn’t mean shit. What they say won’t matter to you in the next few years, even months maybe! Their little words are so insignificant. Don’t feel like that anymore. Have some confidence in yourself!

You can be happy, if you want to darling.
I know it’s so much easier said than done, but you need to keep trying and trying at it. I know it’s so hard to try and be happy, but you can’t give up on yourself.
Tell someone you care for, someone that you’re close with, tell them that you want to be happy, that you did need help. They will be able to help you. You could be so happy if you gave enough effort. There will be days where it feels like you’re about to plummet back into depression, but keep moving forward. Keep trying. Believe in yourself, know your beauty. Don’t let peoples mean words keep you down.
You can do anything you want to do if you try. I know you can. Anything is possible. You can be happy, with help from your loved ones and effort, I know you can. You will be happy. I know you will be.
